Beckenham is a short drive from West Wickham. Beckenham has large Victorian and Edwardian houses, many converted into flats, mansion blocks near the stations, and 1930s semis towards Eden Park and Elmers End. Converted flats often share an old supply arrangement, which is worth testing before any board is changed. I take consumer unit replacements, rewires on empty properties, kitchen and extension electrics, garden lighting and EICRs here, along with smaller jobs such as extra sockets and fault finding, and I am happy to price small jobs from a few photos on WhatsApp.
