West Wickham is where I live, so it is the area I can reach fastest, including for evening emergencies before 10pm. Much of the housing here is 1930s semi-detached and detached, many with loft conversions, extensions and kitchens added over the decades. That mix means wiring of several ages in one house, and it is common to find an older fuse board serving newer rooms. I test before I recommend anything, and sometimes the answer is a new consumer unit rather than a full rewire. I take everything from a single extra socket to a full rewire of an empty property, and I am happy to price small jobs from a few photos on WhatsApp.
